What does the price include?

All Facilities listed in the apartment descriptions are included in the price. It may vary with type of apartment. Tax and extra bed charges are not added to the displayed rate. Percentage of tax and extra bed charges is mentioned separately.

What is ‘BOOK NOW PAY LATER’?

It is used to block an apartment of your choice at instant without any payment through our website. Whereas the guest will pay directly to the respective Serviced apartment based on their policies. For payment details check policies of each individual serviced apartment.

What is ‘ENQUIRE NOW’ and ‘SAVE TO PHONE/EMAIL’?

ENQUIRE NOW option is to drop a message to the serviced apartment if there are any personal queries. Once you send a message the concerned person of serviced apartment will reply back to you through phone or email

SAVE TO PHONE/EMAIL helps to save the information of any serviced apartment through message and email for any kind of personal usage just by entering your phone number and email id.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

As soon as you’ve completed the booking process, a confirmation page to block your serviced apartment will appear and you will receive an auto generated email. After receiving mail the respective serviced apartment will get in touch with you to confirm your booking.

Can I cancel or change my reservation through thehotelapartments.com?

Yes, it’s easy to cancel or change your booking through our ‘MANAGE BOOKINGS’ option at the extreme right top of our webpage. Please remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your bookings.

Does the Serviced apartment need a deposit or payment in advance?

Most hotels don’t require a payment or deposit in advance. If they do you can find the details under “Serviced apartment Policies” in the serviced apartment page and in your confirmation email.
